- TMS
Solutions, Ltd. has spent the last 23 years perfecting a
system which goes beyond the best of our competitors. Each
of our modules is fully integrated with all the others,
which means you handle information once. You do not change
software systems to move commercial, landfill or MRF ticket
transactions to billing, billing information to receivables
or to the general ledger. Information flows throughout the
system and is available to all of your personnel who need

primary modules comprise the nucleus of the system and focus
on the fundamental operational requirements. Residential
and Commercial modules address your hauling operations.
Waste Disposal & Recycling manages your landfills, transfer
stations and MRF's. And Fleet & Equipment manages your
vital vehicle and equipment assets. These are the core,
mission critical components.

modules include Routing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable,
Purchasing and General Ledger. They are seamlessly and transparently
integrated with the core operations modules. The Personnel
module allows you to track crucial information about your
human assets.

is the only product available to waste managers that presents
a fully integrated approach to information management. Your
information assets are managed by a high performance, industrial
strength Relational Data Base Management System from Progress
Software Corporation, allowing us to deliver information
of value, to the right people at the right time and in the
right format.
- When
all the modules are implemented together, the system achieves
a synergy that is not available from any other system. This
synergy is based on the use of a single, state-of-the-art
Fourth Generation Language, also from Progress.
- Bill
Brown, President of TMS Solutions, Ltd., has been involved
with the waste industry since 1977 and he is the author
of our system. Mr. Brown holds a masters degree in systems
design from the University of the State of New York at Binghamton.
- The
first two modules were the Residential and Commercial/Industrial
modules, designed to meet the needs of C.I.D. Soon after,
the Waste Disposal module was released. Since 1980, seven
additional modules have been added to the system and today
it is the only single software product that is fully integrated
and addresses the entire company requirement.
- Debbie
Tarantello joined TMS in 1997 as the Systems Trainer and
Help Desk Coordinator. She is the first person you will
talk to most of the time when you call us for assistance,
and she can handle almost all of your system questions.
Prior to joining TMS, Debbie worked for C.I.D. Refuse, in
charge of Customer Service for their Residential operation.

structural integrity. Unlike product alternatives, our system

waste disposal, fleet and back-office accounting. We've
